Bud married Bernita Holt Ranes on July 3, 1957. They moved to Grand Lake, Oklahoma, where Bud became mayor of Grand Lake. Bud worked for General Motors for thirty years.<\/p>\n<p>He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Marletia Coffman; and a brother, Garland Ranes.<\/p>\n<p>He is survived by a brother, Randy Ranes and wife, Louise, of Liberty, Mo.<\/p>\n<p>Visitation will be Monday, November 1, 2021, from 11:30 to 12:30 p.m. at Bross &amp; Spidle Funeral Home in Excelsior Springs, Mo., with funeral services following.
