Joseph \u201cJoe\u201d Lindaman, 42, of Excelsior Springs, Mo., passed away peacefully at his home on September 30, 2021 after a long 7 year battle with brain cancer. He was born January 1, 1979 to David and Teresa (Jones) Lindaman in North Kansas City, Mo.<\/p>\n
Joe married the love of his life, Jessica Marie Willis, on June 7, 1997.<\/p>\n
Joe enjoyed coaching his kids\u2019 sports until he became sick. Every kid that he coached was like one of his own. Joe was like a father to many of his kids\u2019 friends. He always enjoyed watching Nascar, Dallas Cowboys, Chiefs, Wheel of Fortune, playing word games and spending time with his family.<\/p>\n
Joe also enjoyed telling \u201cDad\u201d jokes and making people smile when they were having a bad day. He was loved by so many and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.<\/p>\n
He was preceded in death by his \u201cMamaw\u201d Alma Jones, Grandma Wanza Jones, and grandparents, Jean and Sam Lindaman.<\/p>\n
He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Jessica Lindaman of the home; daughter, Topanga and son, Chandler of Excelsior Springs; his mother, Teresa Smirl (Al); father, David Lindaman (Tawnya); grandpa, Frank Jones; step-dad, Michael Allen-Webb; brothers, Gabriel Webb and William White; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and nieces.<\/p>\n
There will be celebration of life at Pisgah Baptist Church, October 7, 2021. Visitation will be at 10 a.m. with a memorial service to follow at 11 a.m.<\/p>\n
