Wilson, 93, of Excelsior Springs, Mo., passed away Wednesday, November 25, 2020 in Kansas City, Mo., after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer\u2019s disease.<\/p>\n<p>Betty was born April 10, 1927 in Excelsior Springs, Mo., to David C. and Virgie McKown.<\/p>\n<p>Betty worked for Guys Foods for several years in Liberty, Mo.<\/p>\n<p>She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Everett S. Wilson.<\/p>\n<p>She is survived by her daughters, Lori Wilson of Excelsior Springs, Linda Drussell of Kansas City, Mo., and Barbara Piburn of Blue Springs, Mo.; son, Danny Green of Lawson, Mo.; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.<\/p>\n<p>Betty will be in-state from 9 to 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 30, 2020 at Bross &amp; Spidle Funeral Home, Excelsior Springs. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. at Crown Hill Cemetery, Excelsior Springs. In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorial contributions to Crossroads Hospice or the American Alzheimer\u2019s Association.<\/p>\n<div style=\"background-color: #efdbd9; padding: 1em;\">\n<h5>Our Sincere Condolences<\/h5>\n<p>May the Lord hold you in His peace.<br \/>\nRick Russell<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m so sorry, Lori keeping you close to my heart and in my thoughts &amp; prayers.
