Sharon Ruth Mahoney, 77, Excelsior Springs, Mo., passed away Thursday, October 29, 2020.<\/p>\nSharon Ruth Mahoney, 77, Excelsior Springs, Mo., passed away Thursday, October 29, 2020.<\/p>\n
Sharon was born October 9, 1943 to Melvin and Ruth (Green) Tiemann.\u00a0 Sharon enjoyed music and playing the organ. Sharon was of the Lutheran faith.\u00a0 She was also a Kansas City Chiefs fan and enjoyed traveling and camping.\u00a0 Sharon retired from Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad.<\/p>\n
She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Glenn Rogers and Louis Mahoney; brother, Larry Tiemann; and sister, Barbara Norwat.<\/p>\n
She is survived by her children and spouses, Timmothy and Diane Rogers, Rachel and Mark McKee; brother, Melvin Tiemann; four grandchildren, TJ Rogers, Felicia Eaton, Ashley Fox and Samantha McKee.<\/p>\n
Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m., Friday, November 6, 2020 at Bross & Spidle Funeral Home, Excelsior Springs, with a graveside service following at Old Union Cemetery, Lawson, Mo.\u00a0 In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorial contributions to Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church, Excelsior Springs, Mo.<\/p>\n
