Marla was born Feb. 17, 1945 in Woodbine, Iowa to Ronald L. “Bill” and Madge M. (Adams) Young, the second of four children. Marla worked at Cilinco workshop for twenty years before moving to Excelsior Springs.<\/p>\n
Marla was preceded in death by both parents.<\/p>\n
She is survived by three brothers, Dennis (Connie) Young of Eagle, Idaho, Ronald R. Young of Excelsior Springs, Mo., and Thomas C. (Annette) Young of Cameron, Mo.; and several nieces and nephews.<\/p>\n
In-state viewing hours will be from 12 to 3 p.m., Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at Bross & Spidle Funeral Home, Excelsior Springs, Mo. Graveside service will be 11 a.m., Thursday, August 6, 2020 at Cameron Memory Garden.<\/p>\n

\nAunt Marla was one of a kind! I can still hear her saying, “Good Gracious!”\u00a0 I am SO thankful she has flown to Heaven to be with God and Jesus and Grandma and Grandpa and so many others that have passed.\u00a0 She is PERFECT now; mind, body and spirit!\u00a0 I’m sure she is having such a wonderful time reuniting with loved ones.\u00a0 She will be the very first to greet all of us when it’s our turn.\u00a0 \u00a0You were great brothers to Aunt Marla.\u00a0 I love you guys.
