Always loved and will be forever missed.<\/p>\n<p>He is preceded in death by his parents, William Henry &#8220;Willie&#8221; Monsees and Katherine Emma Wilhelmine &#8220;Katie&#8221; (Heismeyer) Monsees; and siblings, Lillian Monsees (Newton), Leonard John Monsees, Melvin Otto Monsees and Mary Louise Monsees.<\/p>\n<p>He is survived by his son, Marty Monsees (Ellen); a sister, Minnie Jett; stepdaughters, Perri and Denne Eckel; stepson, Lee Eckel; grandson, Jeremy Wissmueller (Sarah); granddaughter, Jena Eckel; great-grandchildren, Navy, William, Thomas and Theodore Wissmueller, and Adelyn and Aria Fusco.<\/p>\n<p>Arrangements in care of\u00a0 Bross &amp; Spidle Funeral Home, Excelsior Springs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Martin Henry Monsees, 83, of Excelsior Springs, Mo., passed away Sunday, July 5, 2020.
