\"\"John A. Sullivant, 72, of Excelsior Springs, Mo., passed away June 24, 2020 at North Kansas City Hospital.<\/p>\n

John was born April 13, 1948 in Wendell, Idaho, to Junior “J.C.” and Julia (Washburn) Sullivant.\u00a0 He was a member of the Knights of Columbus.\u00a0 John loved gardening, ham radios and most of all his family and visiting with friends.<\/p>\n

John was preceded in death by his parents, Junior “J.C.” and Julia Sullivant.<\/p>\n

Survivors include his sister, Judy (Dale) McCall; nephew, Benjamin (Stacie) McCall and great nephew, Nicholas McCall; niece, Molly (Aaron) Barlow and great niece, Olivia Barlow; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and friends.<\/p>\n

John will lie in state from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.\u00a0 Monday, June 29, 2020 at Bross & Spidle Funeral Home in Excelsior Springs.\u00a0 A graveside service will follow at 1 p.m. at Hillcrest Cemetery.\u00a0 Memorial contributions can be made to St Ann Catholic Church in Excelsior Springs.<\/p>\n
