Elizabeth was a loving and vibrant woman that loved to laugh and make people laugh.<\/p>\n<p>She is survived by her three beautiful children;\u00a0 mother, Carmen Foster; father, Christopher Biggs; sister, Alexis Biggs; brother, Travis Aaron Foster II; grandparents, Don and Shari Eggley, Connie and Mike Montagna, Patricia English, and Christopher Biggs; great grandma, Betty Cazzell; and two very important and influential men in her life, Travis A.
