\"\"John Steven Jewell, 65, of Excelsior Springs, Mo., passed away February 10, 2020 in the comfort of his bed, surrounded by loved ones, after a battle with cancer.<\/p>\n

Steve was well known throughout the community and has left his mark as a stone mason, as well as his personality that lit up any room he entered, including his favorite breakfast place at Ray\u2019s.<\/p>\n

He was preceded in death by his loving father and mother, Donald Jewell and Betty Jewell.<\/p>\n

Steve is survived by his sons, Leigh Jewell, Keith Jewell, and Garrett Lindmark; his daughters, Melissa Jewell and Melanie Jewell; his grandchildren, Tyler Jewell, Brendan Jewell, Toby Garner, Tate Lindmark, and Jace Bollinger; and his great grandchild, Kennedy Jewell.<\/p>\n

Memorial services will be held at 11:30 a.m., February 22, 2020 at Bross & Spidle Funeral Home, Excelsior Springs, Mo. Visitation will be held at 10:00 am.<\/p>\n
