\"\"Lonnie Eugene Heavelow, 72, of Rayville, Mo., passed away August 26, 2019 at North Kansas City Hospital from cancer.<\/p>\n

Lonnie was born to William Heavelow and Goldie (Scobee) Heavelow on January 10, 1947 in Kansas City, Mo.<\/p>\n

Lonnie was a Vietnam veteran and was a member of the Elks Lodge. He worked at Ford Motor Company and he enjoyed spending time outdoors.<\/p>\n

He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Larry Heavelow.<\/p>\n

He is survived by his, wife, Janet (Ivy) Heavelow; daughter, Wendy and husband, John Greathouse; and daughter, Tammy Heavelow. He leaves behind four grandchildren, Bailey, Matthew, Madelynn, Taylor and his wife, Kely; six great grandchildren; three sisters; one brother; numerous nieces and nephews.<\/p>\n

Cremation.<\/p>\n

Arrangements in care of Bross & Spidle Funeral Home, Excelsior Springs.<\/p>\n
