Billy was a simple man and truly believed every day was a holiday.\u00a0 Billy had never met a stranger.\u00a0 Anyone who had ever met him will never forget him.\u00a0 He was always fun loving and energetic, never slowing down and always helping someone somewhere.\u00a0 Billy could make the saddest person smile and the happiest person cry of laughter.\u00a0 He has touched the hearts of many and loved everyone he ever met.\u00a0 Billy worked at The Elms Hotel in Excelsior Springs, Mo.\u00a0 Billy also served in the military very proudly.<\/p>\n<p>Billy is survived by his wife, Mary (Woolridge) Duncan; his children, James &#8220;Jimmy&#8221; Duncan, Billy &#8220;BJ&#8221; Duncan, Brandon Stamm, Michael Stamm, Joshua Stamm, Alisha Tanner, Brandon Tanner, Marsha Denton; and his grandchildren, Angel Duncan, Anthony Duncan, Adalynn Stamm, Asher Stamm and Leo Tanner.\u00a0 Billy also leaves multiple nieces and nephews.\u00a0 He will be missed and loved more than anyone could express for all eternity.<\/p>\n<p>Special thanks to all the family and friends for all the love and support during this time of loss.\u00a0 Also a huge thanks to the staff at North Kansas City Hospital ICU for all their loving care and support.<\/p>\n<p>Arrangements in care of Bross &amp; Spidle Funeral Home, Excelsior Springs.<\/p>\n<div style=\"background-color: #efdbd9; padding: 1em;\">\n<h5>Our Sincere Condolences<\/h5>\n<p>I pray for your loss.
