Richey, 76, Holt, Mo., passed away on February 21, 2017. He is the son of William A. Richey and Laura Catherine Richey.<\/p>\n<p>William was a farmer, a Real Estate Broker\/owner, a Land Developer\/owner and a Real Estate Construction Company\/owner in the greater Kansas City, Holt, Kearney and Smithville areas for many, many years.<\/p>\n<p>He was always there for his family and anyone else who was in need.<\/p>\n<p>He is survived by his wife, Jeanne Richey; children, Laura Richey, Cheryl Richey and Jeffery Richey; five grandchildren, Amanda Struck, Cody Struck, Jessica Richey, Jennifer Richey and Julie Richey; and two great grandchildren, Anna and Chase; and three sisters, Dorothy Massey, Maurine Ireland, and Lydia Robeson.<\/p>\n<p>You can never be replaced and we will all miss you!<\/p>\n<p>Arrangements are through Fry-Bross &amp; Spidle Funeral Home, Kearney.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>William M.
