Her favorite pastimes include watching Royals baseball and being a \u2018Maw\u2019 and \u2018Tata\u2019 to her loved ones. Alta was a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister and friend.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-stretch: normal; margin: 0in 0in 6.0pt 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif; color: #26282a;\">She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings; and daughter, Jana (McDermott) Limpic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-stretch: normal; margin: 0in 0in 6.0pt 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif; color: #26282a;\">She is survived by her granddaughter, Andrea (Tietjen) Kramer and her husband, Eric; great granddaughter, Kellyn Kramer; many nieces, nephews, and friends.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-stretch: normal; margin: 0in 0in 6.0pt 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica',sans-serif; color: #26282a;\">Visitation will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at Bross &amp; Spidle Funeral Home.\u00a0 Celebration of Life service will be held 11 a.m., Thursday, January 25, 2018 at the First United Methodist Church of Excelsior Springs.\u00a0 Burial at Hillcrest Cemetery, Excelsior Springs, Mo. In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorial contributions to the First United Methodist Church of Excelsior Springs.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"background-color: #efdbd9; padding: 1em;\">\n<h5>Our Sincere Condolences<\/h5>\n<p>Alta (Maw) was a very special lady to the Kramer family! We loved her dearly and so enjoyed the many years we shared with her!! We saw that twinkle is her eye every time Andrea or Kellyn walked in a room, the love she had for them was like no other!
