Williams, 72, Excelsior Springs, Mo., passed away October 3, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Judy was born February 1, 1945 to Jude and Edith Anspaugh in Brookfield, Mo.\u00a0 Judy was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.\u00a0 She enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling and was an avid reader.<\/p>\n<p>She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Rolla and Jim Stillwagon.<\/p>\n<p>She is survived by her husband, Larry; children, Dalene and husband, Ray Smith, and Jody Adams; Troy and wife, Twilla Adams, Susan and husband, Darrell Flory, and Brian Williams; 15 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and a sister, Neva Goddard.<\/p>\n<p>Private family inurnment at Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville, Mo. at a later date.\u00a0 The family suggest in lieu of flowers that contributions be made to the American Heart and Lung Association or American Cancer Society.<\/p>\n<p>Arrangements are in care of Bross &amp; Spidle Funeral Home, Excelsior Springs.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"border-radius: 2px; text-indent: 20px; width: auto; padding: 0px 4px 0px 0px; text-align: center; font: bold 11px\/20px 'Helvetica Neue',Helvetica,sans-serif; color: #ffffff; background: #bd081c  no-repeat scroll 3px 50% \/ 14px 14px; position: absolute; opacity: 1; z-index: 8675309; display: none; cursor: pointer; top: 40px; left: 20px;\">Save<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Judy M.
